OVERVIEW:
Because of the need for clarity of expression in British and American
business cultures, language has an important role as a control tool. The
main objective of this module is therefore to provide the phrases that
can help you to feel in control, while creating extra thinking time when
under pressure. The three units also provide the essential language to
enable the intermediate student to participate successfully in meetings
in English.
