Presentación: The economic growth and cultural importance of copyright and related rights, both at a national and international level, requires the expertise of new professionals prepared to help companies, universities and government institutions ascertain the legal implications of intellectual property as well as to establish clear IP policies and contracts.
These new professionals should have a solid legal knowledge as well as technological and contractual skills. In addition, since both the economic effects and the regulation of copyright are no longer limited to specific countries or territories, they should have an ample understanding of the international implications (both at the time of its creation and exploitation) of copyright. This Master in International Copyright offers the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to deal with copyright and related rights within a global market.
Aplicación profesional
Despite fully considering contractual and market practices on the fields of copyright and related rights, and exercises and on-field clinics being an important part of the academic program, the Master in ICRR does not intend to afford any specific professional training or provide and specific qualification for professional exercise.
Programa académico
The academic itinerary consists of several programs leading to 1 Master degree (60cr ECTS), 2 Postgraduate Diplomas (30cr ECTS, each) and 4 Awards Certificates (12cr ECTS, each), related to Copyright and Related rights. In order to obtain the Master degree, the student must follow and successfully pass the entire academic itinerary.
A quién se dirige
